To use for "cold therapy", simply place in a plastic bag and store in the freezer. Ready to use when you are. The Cuddle Dot fabric is almost as soft as cashmere to the touch.
The insert for the neck wrap is removable and is billowed to keep an even distribution of contents. It is filled with flax seed for heat retention and infused with essential oil for a deep penetrating, moist heat. Organic herbs are added. All Lavender Scents wraps are hand-made with care and quality craftsmanship.
